My journey?
It wasn’t linear.
I’ve lived through the kind of pain that rewires your nervous system and disconnects you from your body. I’ve felt the pressure to keep it together, stay small, and push everything down just to get by.
But I also discovered that healing and transformation is possible — REAL transformation. The kind that unhooks you from inherited trauma. The kind that brings you back to yourself. The kind that allows you to feel your body, connect to your soul and rewire your mind.
And that’s the space I hold for other women today.
My work is intuitive, deep, and transformational.
Through energetic healing, bodywork, subconscious repatterning, and intuitive guidance, I support women — especially those over 40 — who are ready to break generational cycles, release emotional trauma, and reclaim their personal power.
